Chief executive Andy Jassy in a message posted on Amazon’s blog wrote that it was resolved in a meeting earlier this week and the step will provide an easy environment to learn and collaborate. But, according to the company, the customer support roles and salespeople would have the option of working remotely.

 In October 2021, Amazon said that it will depend on individual teams to decide how many days corporate employees would be needed to work from the office in a week.
